About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Supervisor for our 2nd and 3rd shifts to oversee production operations and ensure operational excellence during non-standard hours. The Manufacturing Supervisor, 2nd Shift, will manage second shift production operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output. Reporting to the Senior Manufacturing Supervisor, this role will lead a team of production associates, maintain production schedules, and uphold quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This Manufacturing Supervisor will also oversee The ideal candidate will have experience in ceramics manufacturing, strong team leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a night-shift setting.
