About The Position

We provide comprehensive critical operational, engineering and customer support solutions including maintenance, refurbishment, technical publications, marketing and sales activities for the global regional aircraft industry. We're hiring a Manufacturing Structures Technician to help drive our continued success! The Manufacturing Structures Technician will fabricate structural aircraft parts and reports directly to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of sheet metal experience or sustained similar experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• CNC Machine Operations experience a plus.
• MRO experience a plus.
• 10+ years of experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of aircraft structures and materials.
• Able to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
• Possess (basic) set of tools.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable working with technology / entering aircraft maintenance actions into a computer-based system.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, bending, and forming of aluminum parts.
• Riveting, sealing, applying touch up paint, and bushing installation.
• Comply with environmental health, safety policies, and procedures.
• Fabricate structural aircraft parts.
• Interpret and follow aircraft drawings, and technical specifications.
• Utilize precision measuring tools and equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Stay current on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to aviation structural maintenance.
