This position is located at our plant in Torrance, CA. Primary Purpose: The Manufacturing Specialist is responsible for optimizing and improving operational processes. This role involves analyzing current procedures, designing new frameworks, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools relevant to manufacturing industry
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
5+ years' experience in industrial or manufacturing function
Experience in production planning and cost control
Portfolio or proven track record of successful process improvement projects
Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
Prepare detailed reports and documentation of process changes
Train and supervise staff to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
