Requirements

  • Manufacturing experience is a must, specifically with the ability to understand manufacturing KPIs, pain points, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Ability to articulate how L2L drives measurable improvements in plant-floor performance
  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Pre-Sales in B2B SaaS a plus
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value stories
  • Confident working with senior executives, while equally comfortable engaging technical and frontline teams
  • Hands-on experience leading demos, pilots, and technical validation processes
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC) and disciplined deal execution
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with AEs to uncover, scope, and validate expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to deeply understand customer environments, challenges, and success criteria
  • Design and deliver tailored demos, proof-of-value projects, and solution validations that map L2L’s platform to customer business outcomes
  • Act as the customer’s technical voice during the sales cycle, engaging both IT and operations stakeholders
  • Proactively identify churn and downsell risks and recommend technical strategies to mitigate them
  • Build repeatable technical assets (demo scripts, use case playbooks, validation plans) to accelerate deal cycles
  • Maintain accurate documentation and opportunity updates in HubSpot to support forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to align customer feedback with roadmap and GTM strategy
