  • Develop, test, and maintain custom and commercial software applications supporting manufacturing operations related to equipment.
  • Understand current network solutions to ensure seamless communication between equipment and database systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate manufacturing data processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, network, and automation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with information security requirements.
  • Document technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in software programming, network engineering, and automation within the manufacturing sector (regulated industry preferred).
  • Experience required in creating and maintenance of SQL databases.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, etc.
  • Experience with network protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, Ethernet, Wi-Fi).
  • Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., PLC, SCADA, Wonderware, Siemens PCS7).
  • Familiarity with Kepware for industrial connectivity and data integration.
  • Knowledge of medical device safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
