About The Position

We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Shop Operations Team Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Seymour, IN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Lead daily production operations , ensuring team performance meets established targets for output, quality, and safety. Maintain a safe and organized work environment by promoting housekeeping standards and implementing safety best practices. Collaborate across functions to identify and implement improvements in productivity, efficiency, and overall operational performance. Serve as a project lead on key initiatives, coordinating resources and guiding teams to successful completion of assignments. Provide clear direction and expectations to team members, ensuring responsibilities are understood and goals are achieved. Deliver constructive feedback and coaching , supporting individual development and enhancing team capability. Mentor and develop team members , fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Champion quality and process excellence , ensuring adherence to standards and driving initiatives that improve operational outcomes.
