About The Position

A day in this role Lead a full production shift, orchestrating people, processes, and priorities to hit plan at the lowest possible cost while never compromising quality. You will guide a team of typically 40–65 production employees, ensuring the shift runs smoothly from start to finish. How you’ll lead Partner with the Scheduler to ensure daily production targets are met. Plan, assign, and direct work across the shift to keep flow steady and efficient. Interview, hire, and train team members to build capability on the floor. Coach and appraise performance, recognizing achievements and administering discipline when needed. Address employee concerns, resolve issues, and sustain a positive, productive environment. Capture, verify, and report all required production data each day with complete accuracy. Support and elevate plant quality initiatives to achieve site goals. Implement safety programs effectively, review them regularly, and update as necessary.
