We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. In seasonal opportunities across paint systems, assembly, or forklift operations, you’ll support our production teams and help turn designs into reliable products our customers depend on. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in manufacturing, painting, assembly, or forklift operating is helpful, but not required - training is provided.
Ability to work with hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed.
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Operate tools, machinery, or equipment related to painting, assembly, or material handling.
Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, or blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality.
Inspect work for defects and perform quality checks at each stage.
Operate hand tools, power tools, or machinery safely and effectively.
Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts or other equipment (where applicable).
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
