Develop list of all MST Laboratory Equipment (Small Scale Manufacturing and Analytical Instruments) Document current state, gather future-state requirements, conduct gap assessment and develop roadmap to future state, considering equipment, facilities, utilities, and personnel. Responsibilities
- Project lead responsible for developing MST Laboratory asset register and capability data sheet.
- Develop list of all MST Laboratory Equipment (Small Scale Manufacturing and Analytical Instruments)
- Document current state, gather future-state requirements, conduct gap assessment and develop roadmap to future state, considering equipment, facilities, utilities, and personnel.
- Inventory all assets, ensure proper identification, entry in asset management program, capturing equipment specifications and capabilities.
- Identify ongoing maintenance and calibration requirements, and ensure all equipment is included with contract lab support or site maintenance programs.
- Inventory equipment records, turn-over packages, and commissioning documentation and technical document library.
- Develop Design Capabilities sheet for each system including method of operation and technical specifications.
- Evaluate current state of facility capabilities and work with stakeholders to identify potential future state needs.
- Evaluate current and future state of supporting Utilities (HVAC, Electric, Water, waste water, etc.)
