About The Position

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of pump and manufacturing practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical devices.
  • Good judgment, positive attitude, and a high level of initiative.
  • Ability to handle often stressful production demands.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all in process rework of Spectrum production pumps according to rework instructions.
  • Follow rework procedures involving the use of small hand tools, test and holding fixtures, and measuring devices.
  • Maintain and ensure production line output through constant monitoring and communication of in-process problems or failures.
  • Complete all documentation needed for quality compliance.
  • Handle often stressful production demands, demonstrating teamwork and cooperation.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical devices.
  • Perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision, including required documentation needed for compliance.
  • Visually inspect and identify particulate/foreign matter and distinguish between colors as required by FDA Current Good Manufacturing Practices.
