About The Position

In this role, you'll be instrumental in enhancing plant efficiency, improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and delivering impactful cost savings through lean methodologies. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Rome plant. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (day shift), with flexibility required to meet operational needs. You'll join a high-performing manufacturing reliability team known for its collaborative spirit and commitment to continuous improvement. Requirements

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with automation and robotic systems in a manufacturing environment.
• A passion for improvement and thinking outside the box.
• Strong desire and drive to be a change agent.

Responsibilities

• Drive Cost Savings Initiatives - Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement projects using lean tools to reduce waste and optimize performance.
• Lead Autonomous Maintenance Efforts - Support the plant's journey in Autonomous Maintenance by collaborating with cross-functional teams and training team members.
• Implement Automation and Robotics - Spearhead the integration of advanced technologies to modernize manufacturing processes.
• Apply Technical and Troubleshooting Expertise - Strengthen operational capabilities by developing troubleshooting skills across process and packaging equipment.
• Champion a Culture of Innovation - Inspire a mindset of curiosity and improvement across the team to drive sustainable change.
