About The Position

As the Manufacturing Reliability Site Lead I, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing plant performance. You’ll lead initiatives that improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reduce costs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is an on-site role at our Cincinnati, OH manufacturing facility, where your leadership will directly impact production and team success. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical/business field, or equivalent years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience with Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM) and Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, KWS, IWS, HPO)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire – You’ll guide the advancement of our continuous improvement framework, Kellanova Work Systems (KWS). You’ll coach and train plant leaders and employees, helping them build leadership and management skills that drive success. Your ability to foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization will be key to creating a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Drive Business Performance – Balance short-term operational goals with long-term strategic priorities, ensuring that the plant meets its objectives. This includes leading cost-reduction initiatives, executing high-value projects such as SMED and ZLA, and supporting the annual budgeting process. Your focus on standard work practices will help maintain consistency and efficiency across operations.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement – As the site’s continuous improvement advocate, you’ll define and execute plans that align with corporate standards. You’ll communicate progress and results, collaborate with regional directors, and integrate Centers of Excellence to ensure best practices are shared and implemented. Safety will remain at the forefront of your efforts as you act as a technical resource for supervisors and managers.
  • Optimize Efficiency - Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies, coordinating cross-functional activities to improve productivity and reduce losses. By benchmarking best practices and managing variable labor accounts effectively, you’ll help the plant achieve measurable improvements in performance and cost savings.
