As the Manufacturing Reliability & Maintenance Engineering Lead, you will be the line’s technology authority—owning process settings, centerlines, and the systems that keep equipment reliable and efficient. You will directly influence SQCDSM performance and develop the people and practices that drive sustainable results. Your impact Deliver SQCDSM targets in partnership with line leadership through robust process control and DMS participation. Establish and maintain centerline and process standards; lead Progressive Maintenance systems and KPIs. Own the line’s Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) budget and ensure effective spend. Deploy preventive and time-based maintenance plans and upskill technicians so they independently operate and maintain equipment (50%+ focus on capability building). Lead PM Pillar activities at the line level and selected initiatives at the department level. Coordinate with Asset & Reliability on system improvements; drive change management, spares localization, breakdown analysis, and R&M cost reduction. Represent the site as technology owner in regional/global technology forums. Support VSU for new initiatives; enable the VSU team; benchmark internally and externally and replicate best practices. Serve as a component-category SME and train PM-related topics across the plant. Technical mastery AM (Autonomous Maintenance) Step 4 and Progressive Maintenance Step 3 execution. AM & PM standards, including BD (Breakdown maintenance) and planned maintenance. TPM Phase 3 & 4 problem-solving methodologies. PDCA application across common opportunity areas; SWP owner qualification and coaching. Leadership Operate as a Line Leader when needed: align goals/master plan, manage IDPs, and coach team performance and career development. Challenge the status quo, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver outcomes independently.
