About The Position

Start your new career as a Manufacturing Recruiter with MAU at Kyocera International in Hendersonville, NC. As a Manufacturing Recruiter, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts to support hiring needs across the U.S., ranging from entry-level Operators to technical Sales and Engineering roles.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in the manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of employment laws and hiring compliance

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Source passive and active candidates using job boards, networking, and hiring events
• Conduct detailed phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from application to onboarding
• Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Stay current with manufacturing recruitment trends and best practices
