Requirements

  • Minimum of associate’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Understand the Company’s EHS Policy and how it relates to this job.
  • Be aware of OSHA & EPA laws and regulations as well as the Company’s Plant Rules and Regulations that pertain to this job.
  • Work in a safe and environmentally friendly manner and observe all company EHS procedures.
  • Know that the company EHS procedures are located on the ISO drive.
  • Immediately notify the Supervisor if there is any safety hazard, any equipment not operating correctly, or if there are any questions regarding EHS procedures.
  • Attend required EHS training.

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years’ experience in various aspects of production, production planning and estimating preferred.
  • Machining knowledge is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review Standard Products, Spare Parts, and Custom Engineered Systems (as appropriate) within EPICOR—transitioning to SAP—for accuracy and proper setup prior to release.
  • Assist with Epicor-to-SAP transition activities.
  • Conduct make/buy analyses for manufactured components.
  • Working with Supply Chain, optimize MRP to maintain adequate and timely stock replenishment.
  • Collaborate with Production Planning, Sales, Material Control, Production, Project Management, and Engineering to define component manufacturing delivery requirements.
  • Support sourcing and capacity planning across Standard Products and Spare Parts.
  • Troubleshoot issues across manufacturing, production, and shipping processes and implement corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement of Epicor job processing, accuracy, compliance, reporting tools, and troubleshoot during SAP transition.
  • Recommend improvement actions to management.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to support 95% on‑time delivery.
  • Track and report operational metrics.
  • Other duties as assigned.
