About The Position

In this role you will have the opportunity to be a Quality Engineer supporting manufacturing in the Emergency Care - Home and Public (EC-HP) business. Your role includes responsibilities such as Change Management to manufacturing processes or controls, NC/QN Management Process, analysis of defects for determining disposition of non-conformances, and contributing to Operations performance monitoring, reporting, improvement, and development. You will lead change management for process changes in the factory and assist Supplier Quality with investigations and communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years Quality experience in medical device or regulated industry.
• Proven experience within an engineering function.
• Proven experience in Quality Engineering and Continuous Improvement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Change Management to manufacturing process or controls.
• Manage NC/QN Management Process.
• Analyze defects for determining disposition of non-conformances.
• Contribute to Operations performance monitoring, reporting, improvement, and development.
• Lead change management for process changes in the factory.
