About The Position

Picture your first morning on 1st shift at Minova’s new Tooele facility. You check calibration schedules, set up gauges and scales, and dive into routine testing as production ramps up. By midday, you’re logging results, analyzing trends, and partnering with operators to ensure every lot meets internal specifications and customer expectations. In the afternoon, you assist with an internal audit, contribute to corrective actions for a customer complaint, and document improvements that lift quality, efficiency, and cost performance. Requirements

Experience in a quality, lab, or manufacturing setting (preferred)
Knowledge of quality control practices, testing, and documentation
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards (plus)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to follow procedures, specifications, and safety requirements
Comfort with data and written reporting
Team orientation and clear communication skills

Responsibilities

Conduct routine testing and inspections in accordance with applicable standards
Support implementation and upkeep of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS
Assist with internal audits and ensure conformance to quality/performance standards
Complete accurate documentation, test results, and formal reports
Analyze quality data to spot trends and improvement opportunities
Support investigations of customer complaints and assist with corrective actions
Coordinate calibration of gauges, scales, and test equipment at scheduled intervals
Partner with production teams so requirements are understood and met
Identify ways to improve quality, efficiency, and cost
