This role located in MODESTO CA, performs routine quality control activities and other tasks as necessary in a laboratory environment. Records observations and measurements and reports results.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Proficient in Office products or equivalent (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be 49CFR Certified.
• Proficient in Chempax Module I-III and Intelex (On-Site programs).
• May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Nice To Haves

• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining glassware and equipment.
• Assists with receipt and inspection of raw materials.
• Inspects, promotes, and maintains adherence to food safety cleanliness in the handling of product, ingredients and finished goods using proper work procedures and compliance with Food Safety and Quality Standards as defined by the FDA, SQF, HACCP and GMP Programs.
