About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including objectives, deliverables, schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance to achieve project milestones.
  • Facilitate regular updates to stakeholders, providing clear and concise reports on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
  • Address project challenges, proactively resolving conflicts and adapting plans to overcome obstacles.
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough project documentation, including status reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
