As a Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM), your work is central to our mission's success. You help will lead a multi-site team, guiding them to achieve Production Operations objectives for one or more Undersea Warfare Programs. This role includes overseeing different program phases, from development to transition to production and executing production. You will serve as the key interface between Production Operations and the Lockheed Martin program management Offices (PMOs). Frequent collaboration with Technical Operations (engineering), Sourcing, Quality, Mission Success, and Finance teams will be integral to your work. Your responsibilities will encompass leading shop floor execution and sell-off activities, managing program baseline plans, conducting capacity, resource, and staffing analyses, and serving as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for contract control accounts.
