About The Position

We are seeking a driven and adaptable Manufacturing Project Engineer to spearhead the launch of U.S.-designed products into manufacturing at our Vietnam CNC machining facility. There, you will serve as a key liaison between U.S. and Vietnam leadership, driving communication, ensuring alignment, and leading the execution of major product launches. Requirements

Management Training Program: Structured onboarding designed to develop leadership, operational understanding, and project management capabilities.
High-Growth Environment: Work within a 40-employee, 30,000 sq. ft. facility with the likely growth of the facility within the assignment’s timeframe.
Sr. Management Liaison: Act as the primary link between U.S. and Vietnam leadership teams communicating on all aspects of the business. Responsibilities will include contributing to long-term strategic planning for the global manufacturing and sourcing teams.
Engineering Degree Not Required: Candidates with strong project planning, organization, or manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
Program & Project Management Focus: Lead cross-functional teams, organize timelines, drive project milestones, and ensure on-time product launches.
No Direct Reports: This role influences and leads teams without initial direct supervisory responsibility. Role and responsibility will grow with the development of the candidate.
Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Head of Vietnam Operations as well as senior management in the United States.
Highly organized with the ability to structure work, set priorities, and manage timelines
Strong communicator capable of working with senior leaders across global teams
Comfortable living and working abroad for extended periods
Motivated by ownership, responsibility, and continuous learning
Capable of leading cross-functional teams in a culturally diverse environment
