About The Position

We are seeking a driven and adaptable Manufacturing Project Engineer to spearhead the launch of U.S.-designed products into manufacturing at our Vietnam CNC machining facility. This role offers an exceptional career-building opportunity, supported by an initial management training program, for someone looking to rapidly elevate their experience, expand their leadership exposure, and significantly strengthen their resume. As our company enters a major growth phase, this position plays a critical part in aligning U.S. senior leadership with our expanding Vietnam operations. There, you will serve as a key liaison between U.S. and Vietnam leadership, driving communication, ensuring alignment, and leading the execution of major product launches. This hands-on international experience is designed to set you apart professionally and position you for future advancement when returning to the U.S. If you are a problem-solver with strong organizational skills, a global mindset, and a desire to take on a high-visibility role, we encourage you to apply.
