Requirements

Ten plus years managing ERP programs in manufacturing environments
Experience leading multi plant multi year ERP initiatives
Strong background working in highly outsourced delivery models
Deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain systems
Experience working alongside firms such as Accenture or similar integrators

Responsibilities

Own overall program delivery for ERP initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites
Manage multiple project managers and workstreams simultaneously
Coordinate internal teams and external partners including system integrators
Track dependencies risks budgets and milestones across the program
Provide executive level reporting and governance
Ensure alignment between ERP strategy and plant level execution
