Responsibilities

• Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for specific manufacturing lines.
• Follow Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) guidelines for Good Manufacturing Procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping of the work area.
• Record proper product waste using the correct documentation.
• Attend all required training: departmental training, on-the-job training, annual/refresher training, and/or corrective action training
• Demonstrates an understanding of, and adherence to the Company’s Mission & Values.
• Conduct reflects the Company’s values and a commitment to the expected conduct.
• Dependable and good attendance.
• Ability to work well and communicate with all employees.
• Exhibits a professional appearance at all times in the work environment.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills to visitors and co-workers.
• Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for own attendance and tardiness.
• Actively seeks to learn the department’s processes and participates in improving them to meet the customer/vendor focus.
