About The Position

This role will be dedicated to support integration solutions for modular data centers out of our West Chester, OH facility. They will oversee the manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a related field.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with quality control measures and safety protocols.
• Certification in industrial production, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production activities within the assigned cell, ensuring processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and monitor schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and maintaining a safe working environment.
