Requirements

• Must have ability to pass aptitude test.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of safety/OSHA standards.
• Some mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Some manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for yourself and help team members drive a culture of safety.
• Work on or support our production lines to ensure on time delivery of refractory products to our customers.
• Own quality compliance for your assigned working area.
• Observe your assigned processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Work on or support the production line to ensure product is made in a timely manner to meet customer demands.
• Operate and maintain machinery; load and offload material.
• Support the production line by moving material to and from the line, transporting material throughout the plant, and loading pallets.

Benefits

• Base pay starts at $24.45 per hour.
• Press Operators can make up to $30 per hour with performance incentives.
• Unloaders can make up to $50 per hour with performance incentives.
