Manufacturing Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for yourself and help team members drive a culture of safety.
• Work on or support our production lines to ensure on time delivery of refractory products to our customers.
• Own quality compliance for your assigned working area.
• Observe your assigned processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Work on or support the production line to ensure product is made in a timely manner to meet customer demands, which may include operating and maintaining machinery, loading and offloading material, and moving material to and from the line.

Requirements

• Must have ability to pass aptitude test.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of safety/OSHA standards.
• Some mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Some manufacturing experience preferred.
