Manufacturing Production Team Lead
About The Position
Join a large, growing manufacturing company as a direct-hire, full-time Team Lead. You’ll guide a crew of production associates to achieve KPIs, maintain a safe environment, and grow competencies across the team. Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Compensation includes base salary, paid overtime, and a full benefits package. Allocate work and delegate assignments to the appropriate teams and personnel. Lead and participate in continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and meet customer requirements. Recruit, train, and develop production associates; provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Ensure strict adherence to safety policies, procedures, and best practices. Qualifications Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production setting. Familiarity with production equipment, tools, and processes. Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and decision-making abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Impact In this role, you’ll ensure the line runs reliably, people are trained and supported, safety is non-negotiable, and continuous improvement drives performance for the customer.
Requirements
- Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production setting.
