The ideal candidate will possess the demonstrated skills and experience necessary to perform in both manufacturing and technical leadership roles. Daily interaction with other cross-business teams to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives. The candidate will be able to provide valuable floor insight to a cross-functional (Operations, Quality, Engineering, Test Equipment, Maintenance, etc.) team. Ensuring that the team is achieving/exceeding safety, quality, delivery, cost goals and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities using Core and lean methodologies are critical performance criteria for this position. The candidate must be capable and willing to work extended hours (when required) in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

Requirements

  • Typically requires university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Supervisory, Leadership or Manufacturing experience is required.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • DoD Clearance: Secret
  • Active and existing security clearance required on day 1

  • Experience in manufacturing line balancing, executing assembly, test process and Lean manufacturing applications.

  • Knowledge of (PRISM, SAP) and use of Microsoft 365 (Office).
  • Ability to develop solutions to problems of medium scope and complexity.
