About The Position

As a Manufacturing/Production Supervisor you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. In doing so, ensuring a safe working environment through formal inspections, correcting unsafe behaviors, safety meetings, and utilizing proper work methods, procedures, and equipment Being directly accountable for supervision, training, safety performance, product quality, cost control, employee communications, employee morale and productivity of your team. Implementing solutions to everyday challenges and being bold in thinking and approach to solving them. Monitors production rates, yields, and quality of products daily and determines, using Lean methodology, opportunities to improve manufacturing capabilities through continuous improvement. Supports and leads cross functional teams to execute projects and initiatives. Willingness to be on-call (interest question)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution in Operations Management -OR- High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and a minimum of five (5) years of Manufacturing or Production experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • LSS Green Belt Certification
  • Three (3) years of manufacturing or production experience in a private, public, government or military environment with ISO 13485 certification
  • Skills include – Lean Manufacturing, SAP, Strong communication skills, project management, time management, collaborative, people leadership, change management
