About The Position

A day in this role You start your morning on the manufacturing floor, scanning WIP, reviewing MES dashboards, and tuning line-by-line schedules so every customer order lands on time. A quick sync with Production, Quality, NPI, and Process Engineering aligns build readiness for new programs moving from prototype into full-scale runs. You lead the daily production review, highlight risks, drive escalations, and reset priorities. Throughout the day, you translate shop-floor signals into a coordinated plan, keep ERP/MES/inventory data accurate, and coach teammates on schedule execution and system use. Before you wrap, you update KPIs and brief leadership on performance and throughput.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of production planning experience in manufacturing (high mix and/or high volume preferred).
  • Analytical decision-maker who stays composed under deadlines.
  • Fluent in Excel and familiar with MES/ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
  • Solid grasp of forecasting, capacity modeling, and constraint management.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership to resolve production issues quickly.
  • Clear, effective communicator—written and verbal.
  • Proficiency Experience in a manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

  • Background in flexible circuit or printed electronics manufacturing.
  • Hands-on use of MES, ERP, and MRP tools (SAP, Oracle, or equivalents) in a production setting.
  • Track record ramping both high-mix/low-volume and high-volume programs.
  • Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or rapid-scaling environment.
  • Familiarity with capacity modeling, constraint-based scheduling, and takt time analysis.
  • Cross-functional planning experience spanning engineering, quality, and operations.
  • APICS CPIM, CSCP, or comparable certification.

Responsibilities

  • Build and continuously refine multi-line production schedules to hit customer demand and internal efficiency targets.
  • Track WIP and line outputs, maintaining smooth flow and achieving throughput goals.
  • Anticipate and mitigate constraints—line-down risks, material gaps, capacity bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate daily operations meetings; communicate risks, escalations, and changing priorities clearly.
  • Mine MES and shop-floor data to improve labor utilization and material availability.
  • Partner with Production, Quality, NPI, and Process Engineering to ensure build readiness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Keep ERP, MES, and inventory records in lockstep with the live plan.
  • Prepare concise executive updates and maintain KPI tracking on production performance.
  • Train colleagues on scheduling discipline, system workflows, and process adherence.
  • Reinforce alignment across planning, procurement, and operations.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly workspace and follow all safety and environmental procedures.
  • Model CelLink’s values—integrity, teamwork, self‑discipline, and professional excellence—and handle additional duties as needed.
  • Follow CelLink policies across HR, security, ethics, safety, and environmental practices.
  • Depending on role, adherence to applicable ISO frameworks (such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949) may be required.
