In this position, the Manufacturing Production Operator will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products. This includes weighing, transferring, mixing, and processing raw materials to create finished goods. Operators will also engage in support activities such as cleaning production rooms, corridors, and equipment to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. All tasks must adhere to strict regulations, including current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), standard operating procedures (SOP), and batch records. The role requires operators to understand and follow all environmental, health, and safety requirements, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Operators will complete necessary training and qualifications in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all operational standards. The position operates on a third shift, from Monday to Friday, 10 PM to 6:30 AM, and emphasizes teamwork and collaboration with coworkers and supervisors to achieve production goals efficiently and effectively.
