About The Position
The Manufacturing Production Manager at Carolina Crate & Pallet is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations in the production of custom cut and assembled industrial products. This role emphasizes the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and managing a labor force in a respectful and accountable environment.
