About The Position
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Value Stream Manager holds direct management responsibility for multiple manufacturing areas on an assigned shift. The main focus is to drive performance in manufacturing processes through continuous improvement to deliver and sustain profitable growth. The fundamental task is to directly lead and manage the value stream on shift and to provide direct supervision of Production Leaders and indirect supervision of Process Coordinators.
