We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Production Operators. This role is part of our Pay for Skills program, offering opportunities for growth and advancement through skill progression. While no prior experience is required, previous experience in industrial settings such as manufacturing, warehouse operations, or construction is preferred and can be beneficial to success in this role. Hours are for Night Shift: 10pm - 6:30am, Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read a tape measure and understand work instructions and product specs.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, percentages).
• Beginner to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Stand for extended periods.
• Safely lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs., sometimes in awkward positions.
• Perform repetitive hand motions and manual tasks.
• Work safely in a fast-paced, dusty environment with varying temperatures.
• Adapt to a rotating 8- or 12-hour shift schedule.
• Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach overhead regularly.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in an industrial environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor production lines and ensure smooth operation during your shift.
• Communicate effectively via radio with team members.
• Perform hands-on tasks such as cutting material, sampling products, moving materials, and operating a forklift.
• Support housekeeping efforts including emptying trash carts and general clean-up.
• Assist with equipment start-ups and complete preventative maintenance tasks.
• Begin learning additional key roles as part of your skills progression (Levels 2–4).
• Understand and follow finished product specifications.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
