CACI has need to add an experienced Manufacturing Production Control Coordinator to its technical team in Albuquerque, NM. This position requires travel in the continental United States for various projects. The candidate must have excellent organizational and planning skills. This position is for a Manufacturing Production Coordinator. The candidate will have excellent organizational and planning skills. They will also possess the experience, education, and the skills to review engineering drawings for accuracy, ensure required materials and services are ordered and supplied to the production floor, create, and track the completion of work orders. The ability to expedite and prioritize work orders and coordinate the production schedule with management. Perform quality inspections of products fabricated and/or assembled by the trade shops. The trade shops include an Integration/Electronics Technician shop, a Fabrication shop, and a Manufacturing shop. Have the knowledge, background, and capabilities for mechanical component fabrication. Knowledgeable of applicable processes and standards covering parts machining, welding, design, and fabrication. Interface with Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Designers on fabrication methods and processes. Able to read and comprehend electrical, mechanical, and electronic schematics, service manuals and service bulletins to perform services needed to maintain fleet readiness. Able to work independently and as part of a team, comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights. Maintain and adhere to operational procedures and work instructions, follow work orders, written and verbal work instructions and assist with preparation of reports and appropriate documentation. Seasoned technical individual contributor. Works independently with limited supervision. May help manage projects / processes. Coaches and reviews the work of shop professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex. Works to achieve operational targets with significant impact on departmental results. May be responsible for entire projects or processes within job area. Communicates with parties within and outside of own job function. May have responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.) Works to influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, practices and procedures. Requires advanced understanding and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, and technical concepts obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project management.
