Morgan Advanced Materials, located in Twinsburg, Ohio just a short drive from Cleveland, is actively hiring Production Associates on First and Second Shift with flexible 4 or 5 day per week scheduling options. Our Production Associates receive extensive on the job training to perform the following responsibilities: 1st Shift - $18/hour 2nd Shift - $18/hour + $1 shift differential WITH OVERTIME OPPORTUNITIES!!

Requirements

Ability to understand and communicate in written and verbal English.
Ability to reliably work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (lift assist available as required).
Visual acuity
Basic math skills
Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (lift assist available as required).
High school diploma or GED preferred
Must be a: Citizen of the United States, or Permanent resident alien of the United States, or Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manufacture, pack and inspect products.
Operate various machines and equipment while adhering to standard operating procedures
Participate in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings
Cross training in various operational areas
