Requirements

  • 2+ years working in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience operating production or testing equipment.
  • Comfortable using machine control panels or operator interfaces.
  • Able to follow SOPs, maintain quality standards, and meet daily production goals.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry, reporting, and communication.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience helping launch or troubleshoot new machines.
  • Experience in a clean room, controlled environment, or similar production setting.
  • Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance or simple troubleshooting.
  • Leadership or team coordination experience.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts or adjust schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety rules every shift and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Report unsafe conditions, alarms, or equipment issues immediately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow 5S or similar workplace organization standards.
  • Set up, start, stop, and operate production equipment according to standard procedures.
  • Load materials, parts, or products into machines.
  • Monitor equipment screens, alarms, and process indicators to ensure proper operation.
  • Perform basic visual checks on parts or products to confirm quality and alignment.
  • Remove defective materials and escalate issues to supervisors or engineers as needed.
  • Perform routine equipment care such as cleaning, clearing debris, and basic maintenance.
  • Assist with equipment startups, new procedures, and updates to work instructions.
  • Support your team to keep production flowing smoothly.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and help meet production targets.
