About The Position
The Manufacturing Product Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support for oral solid dose (OSD) production processes. This includes data entry, data verification, documentation preparation, SharePoint site development, and support of continuous improvement in processes and quality procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or technical discipline OR a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years of related experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working in a cGMP environment highly preferred
- Prior experience in Lean Manufacturing/OpEx and/or Six Sigma preferred
Responsibilities
- Data entry, verification of data, and formatting documents in the evaluation or reporting of commercial products including yearly commercial data reports.
- Technical steward in adherence to established master batch record template requirements during creation, formatting, and updating to support pre-approval right first time.
- Supports team in driving the execution and implementation of continuous improvement projects to reduce product cost, improve product quality and process safety and simplify processes to improve compliance.
- Provides team member support to ensure commercial drug product manufacturing is Ready to Execute (RTE), including updating inventory systems and additional documentation preparation as required.
- All other duties as assigned.
