Global Power Components is a privately held, growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully equipped electrical distribution and control equipment. We are a well-established leader and innovator in the power generation and management industry. As a result of our expansion, we are looking for a manufacturing process operator to join our growing team.

Requirements

Ability to become intimately familiar with manufacturing processes.
Interested in working in a fast paced, production environment.
Able to regularly work on multiple projects with changing priorities.
Ability to read and understand technical prints, specifications, and regulations.
Work equally well alone or in a cross functional team.
Focused on customer service.
Entry level or up to three years of experience is preferred.
Minimum of an Associate’s degree in a technical discipline or a related field of study is preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain wastewater treatment equipment and systems.
Monitor treatment processes and adjust controls to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
Collect and analyze water samples to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and sample analysis.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues and equipment malfunctions.
Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management to schedule and carry out responsibilities.
Follow standard work procedures and evaluate effectiveness.
Assist with operations of industrial wash systems.
Other duties as assigned.
