About The Position

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience maintaining production or manufacturing equipment (apprenticeship, operator, or helper experience considered).
• Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with liquid handling equipment, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical motors, and conveyors is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on new equipment and processes.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Able to consistently lift up to 25 lbs.
• No specific certifications or degrees required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production process equipment and machinery.
• Support installation, calibration, and testing of new and existing equipment, including pumps, liquid handling systems, solenoids, pressure transducers, and thermocouples.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve equipment issues and optimize processes.
• Use technical documentation, blueprints, and manuals to guide maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance work.
• Operate powered scissor lifts and forklifts (training provided).
• Respond to maintenance emergencies, including occasional after-hours or weekend work.

Benefits

• Full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $25.03 - $39.11/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits.
