The Manufacturing Process Engineering, Sr. Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for a team of engineers within our Chaska Reagent Operations facility. The site manufactures highly technical consumables that are essential to patient diagnosis and Beckman Coulter Diagnostics products, and this role is crucial to delivering high-quality solutions for our customers. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for developing, installing, supporting, and improving multiple semiautomated and automated equipment processes and drive projects that improve the overall equipment operational performance in areas such as Preventative Maintenance effectiveness, reject reduction, maximized output, and reduced downtime. You will also be responsible for co-leading the new equipment introduction, and recommending automated solutions designed to optimize the flow and performance of our manufacturing processes. This position reports to the Director of Manufacturing Process Engineering and is part of the Reagent Operations management team located in Chaska, MN and will be an on-site role.
