Manufacturing & Process Engineering Internship (Summer 2026)
About The Position
BAE Systems' Electronic Systems sector is seeking a Technical Intern to join its PGSS business area for a 10 week internship over the summer of 2026. This individual will be focused on Manufacturing & Process Engineering, and will be embedded with a team aligned to that discipline. Full-time onsite: Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this role, it will be performed fulltime on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. To be considered for this role, this individual must be either local to the Hudson, NH area, or willing to relocate for the duration of the internship. Requirements
- Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (must have completed either Sophomore or Junior year)
- Enrolled in or have taken Mechanical Engineering classes, Electrical Engineering Classes, or Industrial Engineering classes
- Data Analytics experience / exposure (database design, working with databases)
- MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
Nice To Haves
- Previous internship experience in a technical operations setting (manufacturing, industrial, process engineering)
- Continuous improvement projects at school or work setting
