About The Position
Schindler Elevator Corporation is currently seeking a Manufacturing & Process Engineering Intern for Summer 2025. This position involves supporting the development of Lean Manufacturing processes and operations across the factory using lean principles, assisting in establishing operational methods and work standards, and providing data analysis for manufacturing improvement projects. The intern will also support facility layout and design, 5S events, and communication initiatives to highlight successful Kaizens and improvement projects.
