Your primary duties and responsibilities will be: Collaborate with the AZEK team to continually improve operational standards. Plan and execute trials to validate new processes, equipment, and materials. Apply Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies in all projects. Partner with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot plant issues. Lead projects focused on continuous improvement of equipment and processes. Monitor operational metrics (throughput, scrap rates, downtime, etc.) and recommend corrective actions. Partner with EHS to implement and sustain safety improvements across the plant. Manage small CAPEX projects from concept through execution. Provide training to production and maintenance staff as needed. Support and, when required, lead new project development initiatives. Assist in the setup and optimization of new equipment and processes. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering. 2-5 years of relevant process engineering or manufacturing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge and practical use of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. Experience with Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $89,000 in our lowest market up to $108,000 in our highest market, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. The pay for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
