About The Position
The position is responsible for developing procedures and methods to manufacture new or existing product lines in the most effective manner. This includes improving manufacturing processes for cost-reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency, as well as providing continuous engineering support to production departments. The role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing production based on project improvements, investigating and recommending solutions for production-related issues, and ensuring adherence to safe work practices in the workplace.
