About The Position
The responsibility of the Manufacturing Process Engineer is the tactical and strategic management of all engineering activities related to the assigned production team. The Manufacturing Engineer reports to the Engineering Leader of the respective Value Stream. Primary Goals of this position include: Tactical Execution - Manage the effective prioritization and resourcing for completion of projects, and problem solving efforts, to improve safety, product quality, productivity and on time delivery. Strategic Growth - Drive continuous improvement in all systems and processes through the use of our problem solving process. People Development - Provide the opportunities for yourself, and your team members to learn and grow on a daily basis.
