About The Position

The Manufacturing Process Engineer will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for owning the production process for the assembly line of Powermax products. This role focuses on integrating new technologies, driving continuous process improvements, and enhancing product quality and safety in the manufacturing process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years of experience supporting electromechanical assembly
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma practices
• Outstanding collaboration skills
• Experience with MS Office and SolidWorks
• Prior experience with Bill of Materials and Engineering Change Orders

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on professional experience as a process engineer
• Experience landing and troubleshooting production equipment
• Experience facilitating Kaizens
• Database management tool experience with the ability to write queries
• Project Management experience
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Analysis Software, GD&T, VSM, DFM, pFMEA, dFMEA, Structured Problem Solving

Responsibilities

• Own the production process for the assembly line of Powermax products.
• Integrate electromechanical assemblies into the team.
