About The Position

Your Role at Orb: Design a low-rate manufacturing line for American-made UAVs. Fixtures, tooling, processes, equipment from 0 to 250 units per quarter. Requirements

  • Experience in CAD (NX, Autodesk)
  • Proven Experience in Process Engineering for Low-Rate Production
  • Ability to Own and Design a Manufacturing Line
  • Lean Six Sigma/GD&T Experience.
  • Strong root cause analysis skills and experience.
  • Mastery Of Quality/Manufacturing Tools (FMEA, SPC [Statistical Process Control]).
  • Familiarity With Metrology Processes and Tools.
  • NPI (New Product Integration) And Lifecycle Management Experience and Knowledge
