Human Resources Manager leads all HR operations within the folding carton manufacturing facility. Responsible for driving workforce effectiveness, ensuring employment law and policy compliance and fostering a positive employee experience. Develop and implement the human resources strategy, programs, and systems within the operation's budgets and objectives, aimed at leveraging individual and group contributions in the organization. This hands-on position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, on-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance. The role of this person is full commitment to excellence in OHSE and Quality. The goal is to protect and promote the environment, health and safety of all employees and the community in which we operate.
