Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding and ability to track financial/budget data and staffing requirements.
• Proficient knowledge of military/commercial requirements/specifications.
• Proficient knowledge of capital procurement process.
• Ability to anticipate customer requirements and develop actions to support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities related to shipping/receiving/material control and store functions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policy, procedures and material control systems.
• Define/review/test system requirements for enhancements/modifications.
• Coordinate workflow and material movement to meet program and customer delivery requirements.
• Manage workflow and material movement to meet program and customer delivery requirements.
• Ensure all project timelines are met or exceeded.
• Identify and solve complex problems.
• Manage area to achieve strategic goals.
• Perform analysis of workflow/load balancing and take appropriate action.
• Train, develop, and empower high-performance teams.
• Manage Planning department activities - hiring, discipline, performance management, & salary planning.
• Oversee Manufacturing Schedule.
• Coordinate with DPMO regarding supply chain efforts, ensuring supplier performance & developing strategies to meet customer expectations.
• Review & coordinate purchase requisitions, ensuring efficient processing.
• Coordinate oversight of supplier negotiations with DPMO.
